Mount demanding load-cell or hydraulic pedals on a profile-based platform with adjustable height and angle. The Pedal Deck 500 combines three aluminium profiles with steel side plates for compatible 500 mm deck layouts.
Product details and specifications
Build a rigid pedal platform for demanding load-cell and hydraulic pedal systems. The Profile Pedal Deck 500 combines three 40 × 80 mm aluminium profiles with 4 mm steel side plates, providing the stability required for consistent braking without unwanted movement under heavy pedal forces.
This is the standard pedal deck supplied with compatible configurations of the SimXPro XT120 , XT160 , FR-DD and GT-PRO .
The SimXPro XFR does not use this standard Profile Pedal Deck 500. The XFR is supplied with the Extended Profile Pedal Tray for the greater height, angle and fore/aft adjustment required for Formula-style pedal positioning.

Choose a pedal platform for your setup
Compare the cockpit width, pedal fixing pattern and available adjustment space before ordering. Set pedal reach from your normal seating position, then adjust the pedal angle so that your feet can move comfortably through their travel. Check heel support as well as the position of the pedal faces.
The mounting platform should suit the braking forces used by the pedal set. A flat plate and a profile-based deck are different solutions; follow any limitations stated in the specifications. Check the package contents carefully, because hardware for attaching a plate to the rig does not automatically include the bolts needed for every pedal model.
